Common reasons to write

  • Subscription questions Billing, plan changes, cancellations, or anything about your account.
  • First Envelope Guarantee If the first envelope wasn't what you hoped for, say so. We'll make it right.
  • Lost or damaged envelope If something didn't arrive or arrived in poor condition, let us know and we'll sort it out.
  • Change of address Moving? Send your new address before the last day of the month to make sure the next envelope finds you.
  • Gift subscriptions Want to give Unhurried Letters to someone? Write us and we'll arrange it.
  • Just to say hello This is a correspondence. You're allowed to write back.

We ship within the United States and internationally. Envelopes ship on or around the last day of each month.

Address changes received after that date take effect the following month.
