Unhurried Letters is a monthly physical subscription service operated by Tim O'Neill. By subscribing, you agree to these terms. They are written plainly, because that's how we prefer to communicate.
A subscription to Unhurried Letters gives you one envelope per month containing a letter, a limited edition fine art print, a recipe card, and a postcard. Envelopes ship on or around the last day of each month for the following month.
Subscriptions are available monthly ($15/month) or annually ($135/year) at the founding member rate for the first 100 subscribers. After that, pricing moves to $18/month or $180/year.
Your subscription is billed automatically on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on the plan you chose. You authorize us to charge your payment method on that schedule until you cancel.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Continued failure to process payment may result in suspension of your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscribers will not be charged again after cancellation. Annual subscribers retain access through the end of their paid period. Cancellations do not generate a prorated refund unless covered by the First Envelope Guarantee.
We ship within the United States and internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for envelopes lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Each fine art print included in the envelope is a limited edition, hand-signed reproduction. Prints are tied to a specific monthly letter and will not be reprinted or sold separately. All artwork remains the intellectual property of Tim O'Neill.
All content included in your envelope — writing, artwork, recipes, and imagery — is the original work of Tim O'Neill and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from Unhurried Letters without written permission.
We collect only what we need to fulfill your subscription: your name, shipping address, and email. We do not sell your information to third parties. Your address is used only to mail your envelope.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of your subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in good faith first — we'd rather resolve things directly than through any formal process.
